This Month’s Topic
Here’s the place to find the newest monthly video! It’s great to have a notebook and pen with you when you dive into these videos (and/or you can print out the handouts)! We’d love to hear more about what resonates with you about this video and what you want to take with you from this topic. You can share anything you want here about this topic.
Happy New Year! Yoga and connecting with my spine and chakras! Baby steps to aligning my chakras, sensing my chakras, and understanding how they work together. My soul chose my body, my soul chose my spine, my soul chose my chakras…I now desire to choose how they work together. Looking forward to being in the moment! Much love to all!
I just want to say that you are amazing, Sarah❣️
Sarah, thank you so much for sharing this with me and the community. To be honest, I never think about my spine! So you’ve ignited something in me. Also, I have been very called to heart work this year, and I’m guessing that my heart chakra is a big part of that. If you find any resources you want to share, please send them my way. I’m guessing that you’re focusing on all the chakras because they all work together. However, is there one that you’re starting with or called to focus on first? Just curious. So much love to… Read more »
Movement …baby steps. Every day in January, I would like to move my body either by walking outside, doing yoga with
Adriene and eventually by skiing. I will combine fresh air and movement, even if it is moving firewood or collecting spring water.
Thanks for these encouraging videos, Elizabeth??
Thank you so much for sharing, mama mia! I love that you chose movement. I love that you are being kind and creative about what kind of movement. I’m wishing you a month of walking and yoga-ing and skiing. How lucky your body is to have you.
So grateful for you❣️
The perfect New Year’s Eve video! I need to meditate more on whether I need tender love or fierce love, and I love the concept of that. The idea of baby steps is timely, especially as I veer into perfectionism mode when it comes to wedding planning and how I think I want to look in my wedding dress. I am also taking baby steps towards my book, and I’ve found that it’s been so helpful for me. I stopped giving myself goals of 10,000-word weekends and now just sneak in a few hundred words whenever I can. I’m now… Read more »
My love! What an incredible update. Thank you for sharing and updating us here. Yes for feeling into tender love versus fierce love. Dr. Kristin Neff was the one who I learned that concept from. She teaches all about self compassion. I love listening in to what kind of love we need most at any given moment or in any situation. Yes for baby steps. Yes for keeping a loving eye on that perfectionist part. And yes for getting up to 33.3k words! All while having broken it down so wisely and with kindness for yourself and your process. Happy… Read more »
Thanks so much for sharing with us, Hannah❣️ BTW you would look gorgeous in a potato sack! (It would be a bit scratchy tho:)
I love this month’s topic. It is always just what I need to hear. And I loved hearing about your mom and Christmas music! I’ve realized any kind of physical contact is such a vibration raiser for me. More hugs!!
Ooo SO good to know that yours is physical contact, Hannah! It’s fun to hear the different kinds of vibration raisers we all have. More hugs for sure!
So much to ponder.
Definitely driving through the mountains is a vibration raiser. Also, being with certain “upbeat” people while sharing new experiences is too. When I experience certain performances, especially involving music, I am lifted up. Being able to share “my gifts” with others raises my vibration.
When my vibration is low, getting out in nature is
very helpful in changing its direction.
I agree, so much to ponder! Thank you for sharing your vibration raisers. They also remind me of some of my own. Nature, nature, nature. I also love hearing that you being able to ‘share you gifts’ with others raises your vibration. I see that happen in you! Here’s to feel good vibration raisers all winter long … xoxo!
Grateful for these new videos! Wow …those sunshine rays highlighting you at the end of the second video are amazing …angels?
Thank you! I know, aren’t those rays out of this world??! I couldn’t believe it.
Yesterday I went swimming. I sometimes excercise doing some laps at the pool. After some laps, I started to get bored and remembered about Elizabeth’s video about play. I started to swim deeper down, like a dolphin, jumping… it was so much fun that I didn’t want it to end. My excercise turned lighter so thank you
This makes me so happy to read. I’m imagining you diving, jumping, play – and how you and the water were in this joyful dance together. I want to remember this the next time I’m at the lake. Dolphins are such a good joyful, playful mascot. Thank you for sharing, Ana! xoxo
I love this topic so much. It is exactly how I want to live my summer/life. Thank you for the reminder! 🙂
Me too, Hannah! I love the summer/life … I feel the same. Any particular ways you really want to play?
I will definitely watch these videos more than once. I also find forgiveness difficult at times. Thank you for presenting the steps to take that will help me get to a place of understanding and peacefulness. I do believe that forgiving another is a gift to myself. In doing this work, I also hope to realize the benefits of not holding grudges and taking responsibility for misunderstandings. Always grateful for your wise words.
Thank you for these words. It’s good to hear I’m not the only one that can have a difficult time with this topic. It always takes a little extra push from within myself to move this one forward – but it’s always worth it. I’m looking forward to connecting more on how this weaves in for you. So much love, Elizabeth
Love the concept of nurturing
This month I am untiring my health on every level
I have found an allergy healer that uses naet
I am going to her twice a week to get my body in alkaline state my belief is getting stronger and stronger sbout the gift of health and I feel this is the best thing I can do for myself this summer
Wonderful, Laura! I love that you are nurturing health and your body – and finding very unique and gifted people to support you and your body. Just beautiful.
I think for me, I’m wanting to take time to nurture my relationship with spirit and soul. I’m wanting to slow down, take in the day, be present and just BE. For me, that takes the form of getting outside as much as possible! I think an area of my life I want to nurture is home and relationship and then adventure also. So feeling both so landed in grounded in home and place, and then when we’re traveling nurture my relationship with other people, be open to experiencing the country and being open to other ideas, opinions and perspectives.… Read more »
This all sounds WONDERFUL. I’m adding thing to my nurturing list as I read through yours … xo!
Lauren this feels so spot on can’t eait to hear about your adventures
Oh my goodness, I am SO EXCITED for this topic! I am really feeling called to nurture myself, specifically my mind and my body. My job can be pretty emotionally draining, and I am feeling the strain of that mentally and physically. What a great reminder that I can give myself permission to be nurturing to myself. I desire to feel more energetic by taking the time to nurture the parts of me that need a little more care. I would love to hear how others nurture themselves when they are feeling drained. Much love!
I’m so glad you’re excited! I am too. Really. I also love that you are choosing to nurture YOURSELF. I’m really looking forward to hearing how it feels to nurture yourself. My nurturing self practices are baths, nature walks, time with a good novel, writing/journaling to spirit, yoga … and to try to plan ahead to have a day where I can go whatever speed I’m called to go and give myself anything that feels nurturing. For me, that’s usually spending solo time or nature time. Any of those appeal to you?
Yes! I am definitely called to writing/journaling and yoga. Those are both practices that I go in and out of, but I generally feel better when I make them a part of my day. I think I am going to try being more diligent with a daily schedule. The days when I am at the hospital are so structured and I feel so productive, but the days when I work from home are more wishy-washy and don’t feel as good. My thought is that it will be nurturing to be purposeful with a schedule in order to be more productive/have… Read more »
Hey Beth, well said. I so hear that work is feeling draining mentally and physically. I definitely nurture myself by going through walks in nature or even down the street. I like to go slowly and actually look at the trees blooming or the wind blowing through the trees etc. For my body recently I’ve been into really listening how my body wants to move…so yesterday I really wanted to sweat so I did a home workout, but today, I really wanted to be outside so I went on a bike ride. As I was riding I tried not to… Read more »
Thanks, Lauren! Those are some really great suggestions. I’ve been trying to focus on listening to what my body needs/wants, and today it really wanted to go on a run. Which is weird for me because I don’t typically enjoy running. 🙂 However, I listened to it and went for a run, and I felt so much better afterwards. This reminds me of the group discussion around listening to what feels good. I think I am transitioning from the things that used to make me feel good that perhaps don’t serve that purpose anymore. I like your suggestion of just… Read more »
I am going to work on nurturing my body. Not only am I going to concentrate on healthy eating and exercise
(like yoga and chi gong). But mostly I will be making an effort to get out in nature and give my body fresh air and sunshine.
I will also be signing up for some self-care sessions like skeletal alignment, massage, and other spa treatments.
Rest and relaxation is a priority as well. I am looking forward to the month ahead. Thanks for the videos, Elizabeth!
Beautiful! I love this. I also love that you are adding that extra ask/gift of getting out in nature with fresh air and sunshine. I think this is a beautiful month for this choice. Let us know how it’s feeling!
Go Mary Lynne Go! I am in full support of all of those things!
Hello loves!
I’m really looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this month’s topic.
Which area you choosing to nurture this month?
~Nurturing a part of ourselves — heart, soul, mind, body
~Different areas of our lives — from money to adventure (adventure is a big one for us!)
~Relationship with someone else — a relationship that also nurtures you
Sending love and some extra shimmies around whatever part/area/relationship that gets your nurturing focus this month.
xoxo!
E
Thank you for this …more later, because I’m staying present during my visit with my brother out West.
You guys! I had a little moment today that I wanted to share with the group. So during our call, I set an intention to take action towards my calling to share and then share that action will y’all. Then today at work, I got an invitation to attend a training seminar about advocacy. This is so directly connected with what I’ve been wanting to share that it’s almost ridiculous. The training is supposed to help guide people on how to take action towards systemic change in your community, your state, country, etc. I am happy to share that I… Read more »
Wonderful! I look forward to hearing more.
Yes, yes, yes! If only we could do emojis on here, you would be getting a whole lot of high-fives on this one, love. Just awesome. Intentions are so powerful, right? Also, I am honored that part #2 of your intention was to share the action steps with us. Thank you! Celebrating you over here … and inspired by your flow.
Yeah!
Writing a lot about this topic today. Thank you for the videos!
I am learning to feel more comfortable sharing my passion with others. I work with parents coaching them to feel confident, loving and accepting of all aspects of parenting. I really love coaching, speaking and presenting on this topic, but actually marketing myself scares me.
Recently, I was interviewed and I would like to share the interview with you all. My fingers are actually shaking as I post this…here it goes…
http://broad-appeal.com/beth-greenawalt-of-parent-solutions-parent-coaching-on-successful-parenting/
This is so great! Thank you for sharing. I work with kids and families in a hospital setting, so I may have to pick your brain one day on parenting information. 🙂
CONGRATULATIONS❣️
I’m so grateful that you shared this with us, Beth. I learned a lot from watching this interview. One of the things that rose to the top was when you said (and I may be slightly paraphrasing) that ‘Kids feel loved when they are surrounded by consistent boundaries.’ I also absolutely agree that we get the most upset and triggered when someone’s behavior is going directly against one of our values. You posting this is the perfect example of being scared to share something, but allowing yourself to still share what you are called to share. ‘Feeling the fear and… Read more »
I just watched this interview again, Beth. You were so poised and articulate. What a great job!
Parents need your talent and expertise. Looking forward to seeing more of these. Go for it!
I may be going out on a limb by myself here, but I don’t think I am in a “sharing” place these days. When I think about what I want to share or what I’m being called to share, I feel myself almost retracting. Does anyone else ever feel like they’re just not called to share right now?
You are definitely not by yourself in this. Thanks for sharing that you are not called to share. 😉 In all honesty, I had about a decade of not being called to share. I was in observing mode, gathering mode & questioning mode … and I was called to strengthen that inner relationship first. And when I was called to share it was just with a person or two. Seeing you in this membership community, you do share. You share on the calls, you share in your posts, etc. However, if the topic of sharing has you retract then I… Read more »

Beautiful. I know you already have rippled out a legacy of love just by being you. I love that right now there are two specific ways/areas that are calling you to share in as who you are now. I love hearing about them. Keep us updated on both!
Thank you for this. I am looking forward to watching the second video soon! I want to share a story (not sure which one yet – so many to choose from) and tell it in front of an audience. I want to do this because it excites me, terrifies me, makes me feel alive and I just know that it is something I am meant to do. Yes! Yes, yes, yes. Thank you for sharing about what you want to share. And thank you for sharing your WHY. Such an important why. Keep us updated. We are with you.
I will come cheer you on whenever you decide to take the leap!!
I find joy and purpose in sharing stories (literature), especially with young people.
Books help widen our horizons and give meaning to our lives.
My goal is to share mind-opening, heart-opening books with others.
In this complicated world of ours, stories help us come together in understanding
and compassion.
Yes! I love this. It’s something I personally wouldn’t have thought of, which is why this topic is so inspiring to talk about together. I also like how specific you got about what kind of books you want to share. The world will be a better place for it.
You keep sharing books with me that I love and seem to meet whatever need I have at the time. I think you have a gift of intuitively knowing what book to share, who to share it with and when.
Thank you, Beth. I appreciate the compliment. Next time you are at my house, please ask to see my “children’s library”?
I just want to say how grateful I am for everyone on the call tonight!
Sending much love and light??
I’m so grateful too. What a group!
I would like to create lots of things 😮 hehe But, for now, I will focus on creating a vision board about my love and family life so I can have a clearer idea of what I want in my partner and how I want to feel in order to freely create together. I also want to nurture some of my other relationships with family and friends with creativity.
Oo Ana! I love this. (I also love knowing that you want to create lots of things. ) Starting with the vision board sounds wonderful. Let us know how it’s going. Also, I really resonated with wanting to ‘nurture some of my relationships with family and friends with creativity’. Our relationships are some of our most complex, and opportunity-filled, creations. Sending you support as you put more love and creative attention around those relationships that are calling for more …
Something I’ve been attempting to create lately is a sense of “coziness” in my home. I’ve taken to buying fresh flowers, lighting candles, or using soft-light lamps instead of overhead lights. Just little ways of shifting the energy of the space to help me relax and feel supported. I also have been thinking (for months, maybe even years) of a bigger “creation” project having to do with work. As much as the idea lights me up, I always get stuck in thinking, “well, how would I actually accomplish that? It’s too big!” I would love to talk about ways to… Read more »
Beth, you are speaking my language! I think one of my favorite things is coziness. Also, it’s pretty cool to focus on creating coziness while you are growing, learning, and expanding. Coziness + Consciousness + Energy + Support = Feel Good Expansion As for your bigger ‘creation’ project, I would love to hear more. Maybe you can share on our February 28th call? Or you could post a bit more here … Sharing the vision (the bigger the better it seems in this case) is a brave step. And then it’s important to come back to the present, to the… Read more »
What do I want to create next?
I have been moving in the direction of simplifying my life (spiritually and physically)
to allow more quiet time, listening time, movement that feels good, and time for
opening my mind through reading and conversations.
I do have to remember that I am not alone in this endeavor.
Thanks for being here everyone!
You are so not alone in this endeavor. Also, ‘moving in the direction of simplifying your life’ is no small feat. There is so much that can distract, disconnect, or numb at any given moment. Having this as your conscious focus is just awesome. I also appreciate you sharing that reading and conversations are a part of this time (and the unfolding of this desire) – as they open your mind. I’m following suit. 🙂
Creativity seems to perculate and then explode in me
One thing that has exploded after 7 years of perculation has been designing a beautiful second bedroom that welcomes the numerous guests that visit
In 3 days I have chosen everything and made
It sophisticated and sexy
Laura, yes!! This is such a wonderful creation. I’m so grateful you shared. I especially appreciate how it percolated in you for 7 years and now is the time. That’s exactly what I was talking about with us all (and each of our creations) having different rhythms and paces. Just Awesome.
Cindy shared this on the welcome page and I wanted to share it here too (just to make sure everyone who wants to see it sees it). It’s a wonderful list of resources. Definitely keep sharing your favorite meditation teachers, tools, tricks, practices, apps, etc! ~~~~ Cindy wrote: I have a few links for different kinds of meditation- I think I’m a cafeteria meditator?. Okay, so day one of my attempt to meditate in different ways began in my dermatologist’s office. As I sat in my “johnnie” waiting to have my skin checked, I decided to try and listen to my breath and think positive thoughts.. It did keep me calmer. Then I tried zoning out in front of a large Takashi Murakami painting at the MFA. When was the last time you were approached by a talkative art museum security guard? Well, I was today and even came away with a couple good jokes! The meditating in front of a large painting didn’t… Read more »
Haha! And yes. This is great, mom. You tried in different locales, which is important for all of us. And yes, perhaps meditating in bed will be a bit easier on some days too.
Hi friends! One of the things that I wrote down during tonight’s call was letting go of the idea that meditation has to BE anything. It can literally be whatever I need it to be. That might mean 5 minutes of deep breathing or 45 minutes of yoga or anything in between. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, it’s nice to know that I can build a meditation practice that I can carry with me on any day in any situation. Looking forward to experimenting with this over the next 10 days and beyond. 🙂
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Even though I’ve thought this exact thing, it’s so refreshing to hear you say it again! I totally agree … This stuck with me, “It can literally be whatever I need it to be. That might mean 5 minutes of deep breathing or 45 minutes of yoga or anything in between. ” Also, this does seem to be one of the antidotes to anxiety, I find. Not all the time, but sometimes. Important that we have it at our fingertips.
I just want to say that I am so very grateful for this community. Whether you know it or not, you all make such a positive difference in my life.
You are helping me to find my true self. Tonight, I wrote that I would like to be more honest with my feelings. Sharing your honest feelings, helps me to do the same. Sending you so much love❣️❣️❣️❣️
For the last two weeks I have been doing a joe Dispensa guided
Meditation meditation ?♀️
It is accessible in u tube music
My experience has been really good and unexpected
I have been much more grounded and feel alive
This period of time has been what I would call percalating.
Hi Laura!
I just opened up a Joe D. meditation on YouTube. I’m going to try it this afternoon. I feel like feeing grounded and more alive is an incredible benefit of meditation. Meditation sure seems to be a great practice during percolating times. I’m grateful we’re all exploring together. I was more resistant to meditation once again this morning, but reading all these comments is shifting me into inspiration. Much love. E
I find that I sometimes get more from actively “meditating”. Walking with my thoughts- often that is when answers and solutions bubble up. I have a goal of sitting in mediation for 5 minutes every day- not meeting that goal consistently yet- but thinking about it is a step right? I am starting small because I like the idea of increasing my meditation time by 1 minute every week- then it grows slowly and simply.
Beth, I totally feel like we’re in the same boat. Walking has always been my meditation time. As you know from the vids, I”m committing to small amounts of sitting meditation in addition to that (mostly because I resist it so much and as Beth A. said below, I feel like I avoid it because I’m scared of what will come up). I really like your idea of adding one minute every week. Let us know how it’s feeling. Looking forward to hopefully chatting with you about it on the call this Wednesday.
This is an awesome podcast about building a meditation practice. I highly recommend a listen!
https://crooked.com/podcast/can-meditating-make-happy/
I”m going to download this now!
I have dabbled in and out of guided meditation for the past few years, but nothing I would really call a “regular practice.” Elizabeth, I so hear you on resisting a call to develop a regular practice of meditation. For me, I tend to resist any activity that invites me to be quiet alone with my thoughts because that can feel scary at times. I do want to commit to doing a guided sleep meditation at least two nights per week. When I do this, I find that I fall asleep easier and sleep more soundly. I have also been… Read more »
Yes to all of this. I so hear you on the being scared to just be with your thoughts. I just wonder how many of my not-aligned behaviors are because I’m afraid of that. And if we had more time just being with the thoughts, I think it would become a lot less scary. I guess that’s why we’re practicing. I also want to weave in more ‘sleep’ and before sleep guided meditations! (Oh and yes for yoga feeling like active meditation. I feel the same.)
I just listened to the two videos on meditation and mindfulness. I think I am an active meditator. I like to walk through the woods and meditate. It’s my “greenness”, I think. When I am in nature walking and taking in the beauty of nature, I can be present more fully.
I have tried guided meditation at bedtime and that does help me to relax and be present. (Oprah and Deepak) My goal this month
is to sit in silence and practice being present.
Thank you for this! I love that you identify as an active meditator. I also love that you’re wanting to incorporate sitting in silence and practicing presence. Maybe even outside! Combining those could be fun …
How do you stay in the “here and now” when you would rather be somewhere else? Okay, I know …. just breathe and look for the positive aspects of the situation. Be grateful.
Good question (and response!), mama mia! There do seem to be those moments when it is WAY harder though, right? In those moments, in the midst of the contrast, the breath and the refocusing on positive aspects is definitely a go to. Also, it can also be an opportunity to plant some desires for what you’re feeling you want more of and then putting out an ‘ask’ to send that out to the Universe. And then come back to your breath, and the positive aspects focus. In the harder/contracted time is when many of our desires/intentions for our most aligned/expansive… Read more »
So glad I made time to listen to video before tonight’s call. I’m pretty clear that all I really have to work with is ‘now”.
Debbie, you’re so right!
To be present is to accept where I am right now, this moment. I have been practicing being quiet and just being.
Easier said than done, but I am working on it. I am trying to just listen.
I had to remind myself to be present the entire time I was listening to the video. At first I started thinking about answering your questions, then I reminded myself to be present to the video; to feel the warmth of the fire next to me and to really hear Elizabeth.
The idea of being present is what I think I will make my intention for 2018. I was thinking about it before I saw the video and now I know it is where I really need to explore and practice.
Happy New Year!
I love this response!
Beth! What a great catch! I was just doing some yoga and I realized I was doing the same thing. I was already thinking of what I was going to do after yoga, even though I had been looking forward to it all day. I totally stand beside you as you explore and practice presence this year. Grateful to be practicing together.
Oh man on man. This is such a great topic for this month! Practicing presence for me is so important because it helps me stay grounded. I typically struggle with anxiety about the future. I find myself being particularly anxious these days in light of everything that has been happening politically over the last few months. I am so scared for what the future consequences will be over choices that are made today. Unfortunately, anxiety about the future can be paralyzing. SO practicing presence can help me connect to tangible actions I can take today that will hopefully make my… Read more »

Keeping that loving awareness on ‘yearning’ so that it can be there but it doesn’t take over all of the other experiences, feelings, and emotions (and doesn’t hook you into spiraling stories) is really powerful stuff. One thing I do to get unstuck is to make juice or a smoothie every day. It just starts with a little self care and all kinds of things shift around. I haven’t done it for a few days and really feel the pull to go back to it. I like Kris Carr’s juice book Crazy Sexy Juice or something like that.
Sue! I do that too. I do feel way more energized and in the flow when I’ve had something green earlier in the day. Even if it’s a little placebo effect, I’ll take it!
I just posted my stuck comments in the wrong section…now that I am in the right section…and am watching the video…
I recently have been ok with being in the stuck place and was able to do the bare minimum, but I felt guilty about it. Thank you E for reminding us that doing the bare minimum is ok until you are ready to become unstuck! I am now shifting my guilt to gratitude for caring for myself.
Hi Sar! So glad you actually posted both places. (You get your name in the fun bag for every post, so it worked out in your favor. 😉 I’m so grateful that the vid allowed you to turn down the guilt around doing the bare minimum. Bare minimum totally goes against our cultural conditioning, but it’s a great thing to practice. Because all out, all the time, is not necessarily the healthiest or happiest way for us to go. Abraham Hicks says that ‘the less the resistance, the faster you can go’. So if you’re ‘stuck’, there’s definitely resistance present,… Read more »

This is beautiful. And such a different feeling since you’ve been giving yourself this time. I feel the peace and patience from you just reading this.
When I am stuck- I try to remember to physically move. A great resource I have connected with is Erin Stutland Shrink Sessions- She has created a combination of movement with positive mantras. She has short 5 minute videos that really help me move. Recently I have been using one that has mantras related to getting ready to change- very powerful for me to combine movement with mantras.
Beth, thanks for sharing this! Thanks to you, I now do the Shrink Session 5 minute routines too … and they are FUN. I’m getting bolder with saying the mantras out-loud too.
Hi all!
I just wanted to share what Hannah Pechter wrote over on the welcome page. Any one have any personal tips to getting unstuck, or practices that bring them back to their most loving truth?
Here’s what Hannah wrote: Hi all, I just watched the video about feeling stuck and I really enjoyed it. I’ve always thought about feeling stuck as something to feel badly about, but I loved the ideas that Elizabeth had about doing one little thing to get yourself unstuck. Does anyone have any tips that personally have worked for them?
So something that I haven thinking about is being gentle with myself and how many ways I can enroll myself in the alchemy of gentleness I have been slowing down asking myself what do you really want What would satisfy you instead of what would please you I have been quiet and listening more to that divine place in me that I recognize now as my higher self This practice has informed my friendships my home where I spend money what I eat what music I listen to what activities movies even choices in shopping and flowers Its coming from… Read more »
‘The Alchemy of Gentleness’. I love that, Laura. Gentleness, kindness, tenderness … all practices that hold so much LOVE. It is amazing how when we listen it can then inspire/influence all parts of our lives, just like you were saying. From what we eat, to the plans we make, to the tv shows we watch. Since I listened to our call I have included meditation in my mornings Just 10 min and I feel so much calmer I have also been gentle to myself and actually with others Huh ? Just noticing
Laura, thank you so much for sharing this. I’ve been adding in morning meditation too … and although simple (and even sometimes irritating at moments), I notice a difference in how I treat myself and others too. Looking forward to continuing to practice this month and seeing how it ripples out. Ommmmmm …. xo!
Listening to the call I love the part of distinguishing what age wants to be stuck It gives me such a great opportunity to flush out the healing opportunity and hold my wounded self with love compassion generosity . Bringing this into my consciousness is such a gift to myself
I am craving quiet major self care and I am being a big mother bear to honor that place even in the midst of the holiday season
Thanks Elizabeth I am feeling more centered grounded content compared to immense sadness this summer that I thought would never end
It is such a gift, Laura. I agree. I love thinking of you being a mother bear to your younger parts … and also having more quiet self care time. I’ve said no to two invitations in the last two days, and I know that that was major self care. Thanks again for sharing where you are and what you’re practicing. As well as your beautiful transparency.
