Below you’ll find videos on three of my favorite topics: relationships, spirituality & purpose. Each topic has an intro video as well as a deeper dive video. You’ll see a handout (or handouts) for each of the deeper dive videos. Feel free to print the handouts out or just have a journal with you to respond to the questions from the handouts. These are big topics, so really listen in to yourself to take what feels aligned for you. Also, we’d love to hear your thoughts, a-ha’s & what you want to practice in the Conversation sections below.

Hi Elizabeth and everyone, I am so excited for this xo
Hi Mercedes! I’m so glad you’re here. Love! E
Hi everyone! It’s Janet from Boston. Finally joining this lovely online community and happy to be here!
Hi Janet! I’m so glad that you’re here with us. 🙂 Welcome to the community!
Yay Janet! Welcome to the site. So happy you’re here!
I have a few links for different kinds of meditation- I think I’m a cafeteria meditator?. The first few are for yoga nidra. This meditation can be done lying down, blanket and pillow optional…. one of them is 45 min but it is pretty wild. I’ve had some amazing experiences with it and I’ve also fallen asleep while doing it- not really the goal, but I figured I must have need the nap…. this first one is lead by a yogi and he checks all the boxes for “yogi”. The first 2 minutes are a discussion but then he gets… Read more »
This is just wonderful, Cindy! Thank you for taking the time to share all of these fabulous resources. I’m going to copy it on the ‘this month’s topic’ page as well. The Yoga Nidra is so powerful … I want to weave that back in next week. Thanks again for adding to our meditation rolodexes! Big love. E
Oops, so excited! I forgot to share that I am from a really chilly , Atlanta Georgia
Good morning and Happy New Year! It was incredible to be part of this “community” last night, and to feel that “valuable connection”! I am so grateful for you Elizabeth, the members of your team, as well as ALL the members of this community! You have touched my heart and soul in unbelievable and life-changing ways. It was a gift to be able to jump in with my eyes wide open, and ears, ready to listen, October 2016. I have made it to where, and who I am today, because of who you are and the experiences that WE have… Read more »
Pamela,
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Wow, my breath is taken away by this post. Thank you for sharing here … and for also sharing on the call last night. Your practice of presence, your way of living, and your path to where you are now is utterly inspiring. Love you!
Practicing presence felt calming and slowed me down to listen inwardly. I gained the “here and now” and peacefulness.
In 2018, I want to be empathetic, involved, loved, independent, thoughtful and open-minded.
I want to spend more time writing, doing movement, connecting with others and listening.
I want to be open to receiving guidance, love, friendship, peace and spirit.
Wishing you all a new year of being YOU❣️
yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. This is beautiful. So it will all be … or something even better. Love you and your thoughtfulness and commitment to loving life.
I am thinking about all of you in this season of celebrations and wishing you light and love in your lives.
Peace ?
Mary Lynne
Hello All! I ‘ve been listening to the “stuck” call. Sometimes my deepest loving self keeps me away from participating in life events until I am really ready or really need to hear something. I am so happy I waited until today to listen to this call. I realize I often stay stuck with situations until it literally hits me over the head (thank you spirit) with the answers and/or I decide to make a change to become unstuck. I am currently working through some challenging feelings with a family member that has made me stuck for a very, very… Read more »
E, should I have posted this in another section? Thinking I did!
For the 39 year old, less tech-savvy, how does one change the grey and white dummy photo to a real pic?
Yeah, posting on ‘this month’s topic’ was perfect for this. I see the comments on every page though, so this is great too. Plus, you got more entries in the session raffle! 😉
Yeah, baby. This is powerful stuff. Our deepest, loving self definitely paces us … and then does usually ask us to do our part in clearing & releasing old fears and choosing the most loving truth for where we are at. You are living this beautifully. Respecting the pacing and also choosing to do your part. I also love hearing about putting in loving boundaries. They are essential. If you want to share more about the loving boundaries, so our community can lovingly support you as you practice and live these new boundaries, please feel free to share. All in… Read more »
Hi all, I just watched the video about feeling stuck and I really enjoyed it. I’ve always thought about feeling stuck as something to feel badly about, but I loved the ideas that Elizabeth had about doing one little thing to get yourself unstuck. Does anyone have any tips that personally have worked for them?
Hi Hannah!
I’m so glad you shared this. I’m going to put it over on the ‘this month’s topic’ page too, just so that our group sees it over there as well. In the meantime, and as your gathering other people’s tips, is there something that in the past has reminded you of your true essence? Your spirit? Your most loving self? A practice, a place, a thought, a song, a way of surrendering? Just curious …
Oh! And I just put your name in the bag for a session with me too! Fun. 🙂
Getting out in nature always works for me …especially if I can be near a body of water. I think about my gratitudes and count my blessings.???
Hannah, I know I’ve shared this a bunch. But a letter (love note/ love letter/ journal entry) to Spirit- God-Universe is always an amazing first step for me. I resist it. But even if I just write a few sentences, it softens me and brings me back to myself.
Hi Everyone! So excited to be exploring and dedicating time to this community – have been so wrapped up in new jobs, friends, and relationships that I seldom make time for me. I’m ready. I’m in Raleigh, NC. I won’t be able to make the call tonight but I look forward to future talks! So happy to be here.
Oh Sar! You’re here. 🙂 I’m so glad. I also love that you are ready for making some time for you. Hop on here whenever you want to carve out a moment or two for you. And let us know how it’s feeling. Thanks for bringing some North Carolina energy into the mix. Love! E
Hello, it’s Debbie Esparza, from Phoenix, finally taking some time to click around. Hoping to join tomorrow’s call – I’ll be in the Boston area till the end of the week.
Debbie!!
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m also so grateful that you took a moment to post. Plus, it’s nice knowing you are/were temporarily in our time zone too. Welcome to the community!
Much love,
E

Laura, I’m so glad you shared this. I was just chatting with a friend about how the patterns and habits that used to feel good, especially around holiday time, don’t any more. How it does take courage to choose new actions, say no when we would normally say yes (and vice versa) … and really listen into what nourishes me. A lot of my habits and patterns were made during a time when I wasn’t as focused on true nourishment or feeling truly aligned, they were more created during times of just trying to get through, push through, or push… Read more »
Hi everyone! This is Hannah from NYC. I am so excited to be a part of this community after being able to attend the amazing retreat this past August. Hi!
Hi Hannah! Welcome! I’m so grateful you are here and part of this incredible group of beings. You’ll fit right in. 😉 Looking forward to continuing to connect, learn & grow together. Much love!
It has been 4 weeks of sickness exhaustion and with that reflection. The universe Feld like its telling me to sloooow down and look at what really nourishes my soul. There has been a lot of grief around the shift and even though I️ know it’s for my highest good I️ miss my old carefree generous to a fault self
Hi Love.
I totally resonate with this. Especially around the grief that comes with not feeling like our carefree generous selves … and when the timing feels like longer then usual. However, there is such beauty in respecting the seasons of our lives … and not rushing through. I totally support you in slooooowing down and continuing to discover what nourishes you now. I’m so grateful you shared here. (It sounds like you are being asked to really hold space to fill your gorgeous cup once more, before you can shift to giving again.)
Hello!!! I’m Tami, logging in for the first time. From New Orleans. On this week’s call I shared how it’s so hard when I’m feeling not so good to remember that I’m going to feel good again. When I’m feeling good, I try to create “bookmarks” of sorts that can serve as my go-to reminder that things will be okay again. But try as I might, when I’m in the not so good place, I do not have the wherewithal to locate/access those things – no matter whether I’ve saved them as a note on my phone or a link… Read more »
Tami!! I’m so glad you shared this … and kept this conversation going. I have MANY thoughts! I’ll be back with more soon …
Hi again, love! Okay, so I just made the new November membership videos around THIS exact topic. I’m so looking forward to connecting and supporting each other around this. A question first, how do you know when you’re ‘not feeling good’ … how does that feel to you? What are your habits, practices, or patterns that you go into when you’re ‘feeling down’? Just curious about this before we even talk about how to remember your ‘bookmarked’ things. I wanna know a little more about where you are when you don’t have ‘the wherewithal to locate/access the things’ that feel… Read more »
Hello from the South shore of MA! For those of you who do not know me I am a psychic medium in-training. I’ve seen and felt spirit since childhood. I finally decided to own this gift in August. I have so much to learn. This is a journey…some days i get really frustrated; my ego wants spirit to come easily and whenever I desire it’s presence. But my guides are teaching me slowly and one day at a time. They teach me something new every day. I feel good when I come to understand their daily teachings or when I… Read more »
Sarah, I”m so grateful to be journeying with you. Thank you also sharing about who you are and where you are! This group welcomes you, and your process, with open arms. I can’t wait to hear more about what you’re learning, the signs you’re noticing, and your a-has … and everything in between. Big love to you!
I attended my first mediumship circle and surprised myself…I thanked my gift the whole way home and was incredibly joyous that my gift is in fact more powerful than my ego!
This is Laura Jacobs I live in Philadelphia PA It is such a pleasure to be in the company of Elizabeth and her brilliance
She is the place to come when I want to FEEL Love
Laura! I’m so glad you’re here. Bringing your amazing self (and Philly) to the group. Welcome!
I just spent a few minutes listening to the relationships exercises. I’ve decided for right now, I am going to give more love to myself.
I am going to turn up the love by giving more attention to myself. I will be present and receive love with an open heart.
I plan to write little love notes to myself and keep them visible. The receiving has always been more difficult for me than the giving,
so I am planning to really work on this.
I like the idea of purpose being a feeling rather than a goal that has to be sought after. I also am never sure I am sharing my thoughts in the right place on this forum. However if purpose is a feeling then it has lots of places to evolve to and is never stagnant but always shifting and changing. Much more exciting than running after a goal that has an end when you reach it
Hi Laurie!
Thank you so much for sharing this. I agree that the feeling being the purpose is much more exciting than running after a goal. I used to find that even when I reached the ‘goal’ I didn’t feel as good as I expected to. Focusing on the feeling allows us to enjoy the whole ride. Do you have a feeling that is calling you this coming month? A feeling that you would love to feel more of? Hopefully we can chat about this on the call tonight too! xo, E
Hi Laurie! I completely agree with your thoughts on purpose being a feeling. I connect with the idea that we can consistently be living our purpose if we are feeling a certain way rather than achieving something outside of ourselves. I finally had a chance to listen to the recording of the call. I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to chat with everyone! I really appreciated the conversation as well as the exercises surrounding purpose. I’m curious about how everyone stays committed to this purpose feeling. I thought about identifying how I want to feel, but I’m not quite sure… Read more »

Hi Lauren! So great to see you here. Thanks for posting!
Hi everyone! Thanks for the great talk last night. I’m looking forward to our next visit. ~Beth (Des Moines, IA)
Hi Beth! I loved having you on the call. Like Lauren shared, your question was so helpful and clarifying. I’m also already brainstorming some new exercises to share about raising our vibrations and ‘how’ to feel those feeling during stage 2 of the co-creation cycle. Thanks for asking and thanks for posting. Love! Elizabeth
I hope everyone enjoyed tonight’s call!
I did!
